Return Policy
At Doctor’s Solution, we believe in our products so much we’re willing to guarantee you’ll love them too. If you’re not satisfied with the product, email us within 30 days of the purchase and you will have the option to return the product to us for a refund or we can exchange it for another product.
Refund
A request for refund must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate the refund, email info@doctorssolutioncbd.com with ‘REFUND REQUEST’ in the subject line of the email. Please include the order number and contact information so we can process the return. Once we receive your product back, we will issue a refund to the payment method that was used for the original purpose.
Exchange
A request for exchange must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate an exchange, email info@doctorssolutioncbd.com with ‘EXCHANGE REQUEST’ in the subject line of the email. Please include the Original Product, Order Number, Contact Information and what you would like to exchange the product with so we can process the exchange. Once we receive your product back, we will process the exchange and send out your chosen product. If there is a variance in price we will either credit your account or you will be asked to pay the difference.
